A:Yes. We have done Lighted Sign box, back-litted boxes, windows stickers. We can also design Neon lights. Depending on your light source (front or back), we make signs that gives great visibility to your signs. Check out our product page for examples of these work we have done.
Q4:Do you do stickers for Boats (marine environment)?
A:Yes. We have applied stickers on various parts of boats. From boat licence (registration), to name of boats on hull, to sigs on sail boat's boom and mast, cataraman. SIGN*A*RAMA Singapore wrapped the hull of a 100-ft sail boat for Audi Ultralight sponsored race yacht. This yacht sailed on Marina Bay in Singapore in 2011 and raced in the regional regatta in 2012. Q5:Would Vehicle Stickers or Wraps damage the car body paintwork?
A:We use residue-free vinly (stickers) for vehicle wraps. This ensures that the removal of stickers does notrequire heavy-duty chemicals to remove the glue residue as chemicals could damage body paintwork. While many stickers used on cars may look alike, there is no way to know if these vinyl stickers are designed for automotive surface. At SIGN*A*RAMA, we apply vinyl materials that are meant for the surface (substrate). We use materials from 3M, Oracal and others that fit the right usage, price and environment conditions.
Q6:What kind of deposit do you require?
A: We require 50% deposit on all orders.
Q7: Can you make a sign from a digital photograph?
A: Yes, and we often do that! The better quality the photograph, the better your digital image will turn out!
Q8:I see many vehicles that are completely covered in advertising, can SIGNARAMA provide this service?
A:Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our design engineers inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote.
Q9:If I have special color matching requirements, or need to have my letterhead and business cards matched can SIGNARAMA meet my needs?
A: Yes. Depending on the type of sign and it’s uses, we can match according to your needs.
Q10: Do I need a permit for my sign?A:You may or may not. We will do the work to find out exactly what you need and help attain the permit before the sign is installed if necessary.
Q11: If I am getting a sign installed on my vehicle, how long will my car/truck/van be out of service?
A:Most vehicles can be lettered in one business day.
Q: Can my sign be delivered?
A: Yes, we can deliver your signs. Delivery fees may apply.
Q12: Does SIGNARAMA create trade show booths and graphics?
A:Yes, and often. We can customize them, or sell you pre fabricated, travel booths.
Q13: What is the largest sign I could order from a SIGNARAMA full service sign center?
A: There are no signs too large for us!
Q14: Supplied Document Layout?
A: Create the document at 100%, 50% or 25% of final size. For example a document with a final size of 1800 mm x 1200 mm could be supplied at 900 mm x 600 mm (50%), or 450 mm x 300 mm (25%) Please clearly mark the final trim size, including panel trim sizes in the case of Pop-Up displays. All documents should have a 5 mm bleed on all sides.
Q15: Image Resolution?
A: Images must be supplied at a minimum of 100 dpi if at 100% of final output size. Therefore they should be 400 dpi if at 25% of final output size, and 200 dpi if at 50% of final output size. These resolutions are the absolute minimum requirements, images can be supplied at higher resolutions if desired.
Q16: I am unhappy with my design.
A: If you have not already contacted the store, please try to reach out to the location where you placed your order. You should have received a proof to sign off on prior to the production of your items. Please feel free to contact us by filling out the form to the right if you are unable to resolve your issue with the store.
Q17: I was overcharged.
A: Each store is individually owned and operated and therefore, set their own prices. If the amount charged does not match your original quote, please try to contact the store.
Q18: I cannot get my artwork files.
A: If you have difficulty in obtaining artwork files or merchandise from your local store, unfortunately you will have to pursue gaining access to intellectual property on a local level. If you have difficulty in obtaining artwork files or merchandise from a closed location, we will assist you in determining the status of your order and possibly put you in contact with a local field representative to gain access to your items.
Q19: I am not happy with my sign's colors or quality.
A: Please try to contact the location where you placed your order and provide the original quote.
Q20: I have not been able to reach the store and/or they won’t return my calls.
