The most popular size for group photos is 2.4 metres × 2.4 metres (8ft × 8ft). This allows for up to 4–5 people to stand in front without the edges of the backdrop showing in the frame. For larger red-carpet "Media Walls," we typically go up to 6 metres or 10 metres in width.
We avoid standard PVC vinyl, which is naturally reflective. Instead, we recommend Polyester Tension Fabric or Matte-Laminated Foam Boards. These materials absorb light rather than reflecting it, ensuring "clean" photos every time.

Yes. While fabric is best for indoor use, we provide waterproof vinyl and sturdy rigid boards for outdoor activations. We use UV-stabilised inks that won't fade or run, even if your event faces a sudden tropical downpour. We normally use Wood, Foam Board, or Banners for the backdrops
Our standard lead time is 3 to 5 business days. However, because we handle all printing in-house at our CBD-adjacent facility, we offer 48-hour express services for urgent event requirements.
