What file format should I supply for print?

Supply PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), or EPS files. Minimum resolution 300 DPI at the final print size. Include 3mm bleed on all sides. Fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines. CMYK colour mode is preferred; we will convert RGB files but cannot guarantee exact colour matching without a proof.
